Two Community–Police Dialogue Sessions under the Project to Enhance Police Performance in Taiz Governorate

Two dialogue sessions between the community and the police were implemented as part of the Project to Enhance Police Performance in Taiz Governorate, with the aim of strengthening communication and cooperation between security institutions and local communities and building a shared understanding of security needs and priorities.

The project focused on identifying priority security needs that affect the relationship between the police and the community, and on responding to those needs through small-scale initiatives and interventions in the targeted districts.

The project was implemented in Al-Ma’afer and Al-Shamayatayn districts during 2024, in partnership with Shabab Al-Tajdeed Organization and with funding from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
