In response to existing legal and rights-related gaps in the workplace and business environment, particularly the challenges affecting women entrepreneurs and women working in the private sector and civil society organizations in Al-Shamayatayn District, Al-Akhar Center for Peace and Development has launched a Legal Clinic to provide free legal consultation services to women beneficiaries.

The Legal Clinic aims to provide legal support and advice to women entrepreneurs and working women, enhance their awareness of their legal rights, and offer a safe channel for obtaining legal guidance on issues related to employment, business, and economic rights.

The service is delivered through a rigorous legal and rights-based approach founded on confidentiality, do-no-harm principles, and the protection of beneficiaries, ensuring that consultations are provided in a safe and professional manner that takes into account the circumstances and needs of each case.
